WARRANTY We want you to feel confident that you've purchased a high-quality floor that will last you and your family a lifetime. For that reason, we now offer a 50-year finish warranty (5 year light commercial) that is standard on all of our floors, as well as a lifetime structural warranty. You stand on it, we stand behind it.
FINISH A high quality finish is a durable finish that won't chip or flake off with repeated use. Our finish consists of an 8-step Treffert© UV-cured aluminum-oxide and acrylic urethane layer which makes for the most durable finish available and is warranted for 50 years.
ENVIRONMENT With you and the environment in mind we've made the decision to build our floors with bamboo that has matured 5 to 6 years: the optimal time frame in which to harvest bamboo for use in quality flooring. In addition, our floors are also E0 and CARB Phase I & II Compliant, and qualify for multiple LEED® credits.
HARDNESS Heritage has been specifically manufactured to be an extremely dense and durable floor and Janka Hardness testing has confirmed that we achieved that goal. Heritage tests at over 3000 on the ASTM D1037 Janka ball test...almost three times harder than standard oak.
